  • How do I...
    Add a client On the left-hand sidebar, either from 'Home' or 'Clients' -> click on 'Add Client'. Enable a service On the left-hand sidebar, from 'Services' -> turn on the service you'd like to enable and then set it up. Schedule a session On the left-hand sidebar, either from 'Home' -> click on 'Add Session' or go to 'Schedule' -> you can either click on '+Add' or simply pick the day and time right from the calendar. Schedule a recurring session On the left-hand sidebar, either from 'Home' -> click on 'Add Session' or go to 'Schedule' -> click on '+Add' or simply pick the day and time right from the calendar -> switch on 'Recurring' and choose the day and time for each session. Add/edit notes On the left-hand sidebar, go to 'Clients' -> pick a client -> click the 'Notes' tab and add your note Set up my availability On the left-hand sidebar, go to 'Availability' Set up my policies and other preferences On the left-hand sidebar, go to 'Preferences'
  • Who can benefit from WizTherapy?
    Any provider supporting neuro-diverse clients. Allied professionals can also benefit from our referrals system which helps them make and get referrals that not only match providers based on their expertise, but also their availability. They can also enable scheduling by clients right from the platform (with or without requiring their confirmation). Schools - teachers, learning specialists, and management. Clients - adults, kids (and their families) can all have access to everything they need in one place to guarantee a successful journey while minimizing all the hassle.
  • I currently have my existing clients, can I add them to the platform?
    Yes! You and any of your clients (new or existing) should definitely benefit from using the platform. If you need help with importing client data or setting up everything feel free to reach out, we're here to do the hard work!

  • How is WizTherapy different than any other platform that manages my clients/practice/clinic?
    It's simple. Most SaaS (software as a service) solutions offer services and features for providers in many types of professions. They take a horizontal approach which means their perspectives and platforms are more generalized, a 'one size fits all' trying to make it work for everyone, and although some have templates to support different professions, none really take into account the specific needs and requirements of providers supporting neuro-diverse clients. Our approach is different. After meeting with and listening to many providers, such as neuropsychologists, speech and language pathologists, educational therapists, learning specialists and families, we learned about the unique challenges both families and providers face. We're tailoring the platform to these specific needs and requirements of both providers and families.

  • How long is each therapy session?
    That really depends on your needs, but most sessions would take 30-60 minutes.
  • What's the process?
    To get started we would ask a few simple questions to help us match you with a provider that best fits your needs and preferences. You'll then schedule a 20-minute free consultation to guarantee a great match, and discuss next steps. We'll recommend you a plan of action and make sure you're all set up for a successful journey.
  • Do you offer online, hybrid or in-person sessions?
    We offer all, it really depends on your preferences, location, and our providers.
  • What's WizTherapy?
    WizTherapy is on a mission to make learning differences therapy accessible and affordable. We're connecting neuro-diverse clients who have varied special education needs with the best providers for the job. That includes Dyslexia, Dysgraphia, Dyscalculia, ADHD, help with IEP Speech Therapy and more!
  • How much does it cost?
    That varies and really depends on your specific needs, session duration, the provider's expertise and experience.
  • What about pricing?
    As a provider you don't pay for using the service, and we intend to keep it that way. We looked into different pricing models, and felt that our pricing should scale with the success and growth of our providers. Since the nature of the work with neuro-diverse clients is transactional (per client and session), we add a small fee to each session, paid by the client to make sure the unit economics is sustainable and that we can cover for our expenses of maintaining the service and keep building and improving the platform to best serve both clients and providers. What is the fee the client pays? Well, it depends: If a client is brought by you, or referred directly to you by your network, we add a $5 to the rate you set. If a client is brought by the WizTherapy marketplace, the fee would be dynamic (could be lower or higher) to enable promos, discounts etc. and cover for marketing expenses.
